Bageriet Lördag means “The Saturday Bakery”, and that’s exactly what it is—a small, once-a-week pop-up bakery in Stockholm, run by me, Cecilia Tolone.
For years, I’ve shared my love of Swedish baking online, developing and testing recipes behind a screen. But I wanted something more real—something I could share beyond social media. I wanted to bake for actual people, to meet them, to have them taste my work. And so, Bageriet Lördag was born.
Every Saturday, I offer a limited number of preordered pastry boxes. The menu changes weekly, always featuring seasonal and high-quality ingredients. My goal is simple: to create something special, something worth looking forward to every week.
This is just the beginning. I have big dreams for Bageriet Lördag, and I’m so excited to take you along for the ride.

General information
Bageriet Lördag is a small, one-day-a-week pop-up bakery where you can preorder handmade Swedish pastries. Everything is made in small batches with high-quality ingredients, and the menu changes each week.
It translates to “The Saturday Bakery”—because that’s exactly what it is! A bakery open only on Saturdays.
We’re open on Saturdays for preordered pickups only. Orders open every Monday at 12:00 (noon) and close on Wednesday at 12:00 (noon) or earlier if we sell out.
Right now, Bageriet Lördag does not have a fixed location. Pickup details will be shared in the confirmation email after you place your order. The location may change as I figure out what works best, but it will always be “inom tullarna” (within central Stockholm).
No, all pastries are made to order, so there is no walk-in availability. However, if you missed the preorder window, keep an eye on my social media—I’ll post if there are any extra boxes available!
Because this bakery is a passion project! I wanted to create something real—not just baking behind a screen, but making pastries that people can actually eat. Running a one-day-a-week bakery lets me keep quality high, experiment with new recipes, and still have time to create content and build a community.
How do I order?
Orders open on Monday at 12:00 (noon) and close on Wednesday at 12:00 (noon), or when we sell out. You can place your order online through my website.
Pick-ups are on Saturdays, and the exact location will be shared in your order confirmation email. The pickup spot may change from week to week, but it will always be “inom tullarna” (within central Stockholm).
Unfortunately, since everything is baked fresh to order, I can’t hold onto your pastries if you miss your pickup. If you’re running late, let me know as soon as possible, and I’ll do my best to help!

How do I pay?
All orders must be prepaid when you check out. Payments are processed through WooCommerce, which works with Stripe.
Can I pay when I pick up my box?
No, all orders must be prepaid through the website.
Cancellation Policy
Since everything at Bageriet Lördag is made to order, I can’t offer refunds if you’re unable to pick up your box. However, you’re welcome to have a friend or family member pick it up for you! Just forward them your confirmation email so they have all the details.
